Cumberland/Gloucester/Salem Vicinage to Hold Recovery Court Graduation

The recovery court program in Gloucester County will hold a graduation celebration for five participants on Wednesday, June 17 at the Gloucester County Justice Complex.

Superior Court Judge Michael J. Silvanio will preside over the event, which will celebrate the success of participants who have met all requirements and have successfully completed the program.

Mark Adamski, an author who is in long-term recovery, will give the keynote address and share his story of addiction, survival, and redemption.

The graduates and alumni will share their recovery experiences, as well as messages of strength and hope.

The Judiciary's recovery court program operates within the Superior Court to address non-violent drug-related cases. The rigorous program requires completion of several phases of intensive drug and alcohol treatment that includes intensive probation supervision, frequent drug testing, and virtual court appearances.

The event will take place at 11:30 a.m. in courtroom 301 of the Justice Complex, 70 Hunter St., Woodbury.
