NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ (April 3, 2026) - History is often written in the grand strokes of national movements.
But this spring, the Friends of the New Brunswick Free Public Library are narrowing the lens to celebrate the powerhouse women who built, led, and transformed "The Hub City."
On Saturday at 11 a.m., the library will host a special seminar titled "Trailblazing Women of New Brunswick." Led by Principal Librarian Jacquelyn Oshman, the event promises a deep dive into the local figures who didn't just witness history-they made it.
The presentation will take place at the library, located at 60 Livingston Ave. Space is limited, so please
RSVP for the event to join this tribute to the women who shaped our community.
