New All-Way Stop Intersections on Route 8/Halltown Road
Hartly - ; The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that two intersections along Route 8/Halltown Road will be converted to all-way stop control, with new signage and pavement markings. Flaggers will be on-site to direct motorists during the work.
The work is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting, on the following dates:
-October 27: Route 8/Halltown Road and Slaughter Station Road
-October 28: Route 8/Halltown Road and Hourglass Road
Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling through the work zones, reduce their speed, and follow flagger instructions.
