Attorney General Tong Statement Regarding Glock Lawsuit
(Hartford, CT) - Attorney General William Tong released the following statement regarding a lawsuit filed by Glock Inc. challenging Connecticut's law prohibiting the sale and importation of handguns that can be readily converted into fully automatic machine guns."Connecticut's commonsense gun laws are lawful and lifesaving. I will aggressively defend Connecticut against efforts to erode those commonsense laws that keep people safe on our streets and in our schools, houses of worship and businesses," said Attorney General Tong.
