2026 Officer Elections Update

THE FOLLOWING CANDIDATES WERE ELECTED TO SERVE AS OFFICERS OF LOCAL 38010 FOR 2026

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL!

The period for nominating candidates for Local Officers (President, Vice Presidents, Secretary, and Treasurer) and Inquirer Unit Chairperson and Vice Unit Chairperson has officially closed.

T Therefore, according to provisions of our bylaws, Article VII, Section 3 (d), those who were nominated without challenge are declared "elected".

The following positions were challenged, and you will need to vote on.

The 4 candidates for the 3 Vice President positions are:

Michaelle Bond

Melanie Burney

Max Marin

Ellie Rushing

The 2 Candidates for the Inquirer Unit Vice Chairperson position are:

Teresa Clinton

Ximena Conde

You will receive a paper ballot in the mail with a self-addressed postage paid return envelope within the next few weeks. A bulletin will be sent letting you know when they are mailed and the return due date. Now is the time to submit an address change if necessary and needs to be submitted to the above email address [email protected] no later than Friday October 17th.
