The Office of Fossil Energy gives notice of receipt of an application filed on June 3, 2014, by SeaOne Pascagoula, LLC requesting long-term multi-contract authorization to export Compressed Gas Liquid (CGL) to nations located in or adjoining the Caribbean Basin and the Gulf of Mexico with which the United States has, or may enter into, a Free Trade Agreement requiring national treatment for trade in natural gas. SeaOne Pascagoula, LLC requests authorization to export CGL in an amount up to 1.5 billion cubic feet per year over a 30-year period from its proposed Pascagoula Compressed Gas Liquid Export Facility to be located at the existing Port of Pascagoula, Mississippi. SeaOne Pascagoula, LLC requests authorization to export CGL on its own behalf and as agent for other parties who hold title to the CGL at the time of export.
