Delaware Chapter Hosts Network Meet & Greet

Yesterday's Delaware Network Meet & Greet, hosted by DEXSTA Federal Credit Union, brought together local credit union professionals for an evening of networking, meaningful conversations and insights from a panel of industry leaders.

The discussion explored career resilience, navigating professional transitions and the values that make the credit union movement unique. Panelists reflected on the lessons they learned throughout their careers, the mentors who influenced them and the experiences that shaped their paths from entry-level positions to executive leadership.

"I realized I wanted to stay in the industry because of how much the people and leadership truly cared and poured into me," said Cinnamon Elliot, President/CEO of Priority Plus Credit Union.

Several panelists shared similar experiences, emphasizing that a commitment to serving members and supporting their communities has remained a driving force throughout their careers.

Following the discussion, attendees participated in a Q&A session before continuing the evening with networking and refreshments.
