AP NEET UG 2026 Phase 2 Web Option Entry Begins: Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr. NTR UHS), Vijayawada, has officially started web option entry process for AP NEET UG Phase 2 MBBS counseling from September 16, 2026 (10:00 AM) to September 18, 2026 (10:00 AM) . Eligible candidates looking for seat allotment in Government, Private Un-aided Non-Minority, Minority Medical Colleges, or SVIMS Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women can log in and submit their preferences at apuhs-ugadmissions.aptonline.in.

Candidates featured in the final merit list dated August 29, 2026, or the addendum lists published on September 1 and September 13, 2026, are eligible to exercise choices. The complete official schedule for the Phase 2 process is given below:

Key Instructions & Guidelines for Phase 2 Web Option Entry

  • Upgradation/Sliding: Candidates who joined their Phase 1 allotted college can opt for better options. If a new seat gets allotted in Phase 2, the previous seat is automatically cancelled and offered to another candidate.

  • Not-Joined Applicants: Aspirants who were allotted a seat in Phase 1 but didn't report can fill choices for all medical colleges except the specific one they previously skipped.

  • Free Exit Rules: Candidates who took advantage of the Free Exit facility after Phase 1 are not allowed to submit options in Phase 2 or any subsequent rounds.

  • Special Quota Seats: Muslim Minority seats are restricted to Muslim Minority candidates. Options submitted now will also be considered for NCC and Sports quota seats once their finalized lists are issued.

Candidates are advised not to wait till the last hour and to submit their choices carefully after receiving OTP verification on their registered mobile and email.
