MoDOT hosting two regional hiring events…

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo - The Missouri Department of Transportation is hosting two hiring events in mid-September for positions in roadway maintenance and construction.

Eligible applicants will be interviewed during the event and may receive an on-the-spot conditional job offer. After a conditional offer is accepted, applicants must pass a drug test and background check.

Successful applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. In addition, applicants should bring the following documents to assist in the process:

  • Resume with professional references.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or permit (if they have it).

Jefferson City:

  • Friday, Sept. 12, 12 - 6 p.m.
  • 1511 Missouri Boulevard, Jefferson City, MO.
  • Applicants may park in either visitor lot to the east or west of the building and come in through the front door, which faces Missouri Boulevard.

Cuba:

  • Tuesday, Sept. 16, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • MoDOT's Cuba Maintenance Facility located near I-44 at Route UU (Exit 210).
  • 7149 Old Highway 66, Cuba, MO.
