The unique possibilities technology presents for Indigenous communities is at the heart of Vicky Enkhsaikhan's journey from a nomadic childhood in the Gobi Desert, to becoming the co-founder of the Empasoft Institute of Technology in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Vicky has witnessed and supported the use of GenAI and other technologies by local software companies, to protect and further her language and culture, whilst advocating for Women in Tech and providing access to education in her home country and beyond.
