Marcus & Millichap Arranges $5.85 Million Sale of Super Star Car Wash in Avondale, Arizona

AVONDALE, Ariz., Aug. 6, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Super Star Car Wash, an 11,662-square-foot net-leased property, for $5.85 million.

The property is located at 1607 N. Dysart Rd. Built in 2022, the car wash asset sits on 2.13 acres. The property is occupied by Super Star Car Wash, which operates approximately 118 locations across Arizona, California, Colorado and Texas. The buyer plans to continue operating the property as a car wash facility.
