DGA Chair Gov. Andy Beshear Statement on the Alaska Gubernatorial Race

DGA Chair Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear released the following statement on the Alaska gubernatorial field officially being set following the candidate withdrawal deadline yesterday:

"Alaskans are ready for a new direction, and Jonathan Kreiss-Tomkins is the only candidate in the governor's race who isn't worried about left or right, but just focused on moving Alaska forward. Jonathan is running on a vision to lower the cost of living, fully fund education, make Alaska's natural resources work for Alaskans, and ensure that Alaska is a place where families can thrive.

"While Bernadette Wilson, Candi English, and Dave Bronson push the same agenda that is failing Alaskans, and are unwilling to stand up to Washington's pro-tariff, spiking gas prices agenda, the DGA looks forward to working alongside Jonathan to deliver the change Alaskans deserve."
