Prudent Growth Partners, LLC, a Chapel Hill, NC-based private equity real estate firm, has sold Lawyers Square in Mint Hill, NC, for $8,900,000.00. The 54,000 square-foot multi-tenant neighborhood shopping center was purchased in November 2019 for $6,400,000.00.
