Lodging Dynamics promotes VP of operations

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group promotes Candice Miller to vice president of operations. Miller will oversee the company's operational platform, with the regional directors of operations, operations excellence manager and director of food and beverage reporting directly to her. The structure is designed to establish clear ownership, measurable accountability and consistent execution across the portfolio, supporting stronger property-level performance.

Miller joined Lodging Dynamics as regional director of operations and has played a key role in strengthening collaboration and driving operational consistency across the portfolio. Her leadership aligns with the company's Hoteliers at Heart philosophy, which pairs disciplined execution with a people-first culture to deliver results for guests, associates and ownership groups.

She brings more than 15 years of hospitality leadership experience across luxury and lifestyle resorts, with a track record of driving performance at complex, amenity-rich properties. Her background includes roles as area director of operations, general manager and director of sales and marketing, where she led both operational execution and revenue strategy for assets featuring golf, spa, marina and dynamic food-and-beverage programs. Miller is also recognized for leading large-scale renovations and repositioning initiatives, enhancing restaurant concepts and elevating both guest experience and overall asset performance.
