RQ-0638-KP: Senate Committee on State Affairs. Questions the legality of copay maximizer and alternative funding programs under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Texas law.
RQ-0639-KP: Sutton County Attorney. Asks a number of questions related to the application of Texas Local Government Code § 317.001-317.004 and county authority over donated park land.
