ProVia Announces A New Location in Dover

CLEVELAND, Ohio, August 27, 2026 - ProVia, a leading manufacturer of professional-class home exterior products, plans to acquire a facility in Tuscarawas County to support the growth of the company. Strong consumer demand incited the expansion project, set to create 400 new jobs in the region, bringing ProVia's total statewide employment to over 2,700. The Ohio Department of Development approved a tax credit during the August 24 Ohio Tax Credit Authority meeting.

ProVia currently has operations in three counties. With this project, the company will add 310,000 square feet of production and warehouse space to its network of facilities.

A project team, including the City of Dover, the Tuscarawas County Economic Development Corporation, ODOD, JobsOhio, and Team NEO worked collaboratively to ensure the company chose Northeast Ohio for its growth.
