CBJ Recycling Center Closed Saturday, January 3

January 2, 2026 - FYI

City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) Recycling Center will close tomorrow on Saturday, January 3. Due to the recent snowstorm, the center is full and unable to transport recycling materials out of the center.

The Household Hazardous Waste facility has space and will open on Saturday with regular hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CBJ will provide an update about the Recycling Center's open hours on Monday, January 5.
