Federal Government Shutdown: U.S. Bankruptcy Court to Continue Regular Operations
Despite the federal government shutdown, the Court will be open for business as usual. The federal courts currently have sufficient funds on hand to maintain normal operations through at least October 3, 2025. In the event of a prolonged shutdown, the Court will provide further guidance. All proceedings and deadlines will remain in effect as scheduled, unless otherwise advised. Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) will remain in operation for the electronic filing of documents.
