Having held senior roles at Colliers, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. Over the past decade, Kingery has successfully closed billions of dollars in transactions, led Colliers' North American Food & Beverage Practice Group, and served as the Global Director for one of their largest accounts. His extensive portfolio of activity includes ground-up developments for factories, traditional, automated, and cold chain distribution centers, as well as office space and surplus asset repositioning.

Recognized as an industry leader, Kingery is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences, sharing insights on the latest trends. His expertise is highly valued by equity providers, developers, manufacturers, and distributors, making him a valuable asset to growth within Sansone Group's development pipeline.
