2025 Annual Employee Engagement Survey Coming Soon

The University of Tennessee System is once again partnering with McLean & Company, an independent human resources research firm, to administer UT System's 2025 Employee Engagement survey. This annual survey gathers feedback regarding your general work experience with the UT System. You can expect to receive an email on Tuesday, Sept. 23, from McLean & Company ([email protected]) asking you to participate in the survey. Please note that this survey may inadvertently appear in your "spam" or "other" folder.

As a third-party provider, McLean & Company ensures responses remain confidential and the process is objective. McLean & Company only shares aggregate results of the survey with the university and will not share individual responses.

The feedback you provide is greatly appreciated as it highlights what works well and what might need improvement, helping shape the programs and initiatives that improve the campuses and institutes that comprise the UT System. Your participation will ensure UT continues to be recognized as a 'Great Place to Work,' a recognition we have earned for four consecutive years.
