RA Ambassador Vahe Gevorgyan participated in the 4th Global Museum Directors Forum

On 10 June 2026 the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the People's Republic of China participated in the "4^th Global Museum Directors Forum" held in the National Museum of China on the occasion of the 2^nd International Day for Dialogue among Civilizations, under the theme "Dialogue among Civilizations for a Shared Future".

At the Forum the Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the PRC Rao Quan delivered the opening remarks, underlying the importance of promoting museum exchanges through partnerships among different countries and civilizations.

Deputy Scientific Director of the History Museum of Armenia Nzhdeh Yeranyan took part in the panel discussion under the theme "Collaborative Development: Exploring Global Museum Cooperation Networks and New Mechanisms", held within the framework of the Forum.

The event featured the opening ceremony of the "Belt and Road Digital Museum" project, the aim of which is the creation of an open, diverse and interactive platform for mutual learning among civilizations.

The event was attended by representatives of over 50 national and international cultural and museum institutions from more than 20 countries.
