On Friday, Oct. 9, Arcadia University's Forensic Science department hosted its annual Welcome Dinner Event at Grey Towers Castle.
The event provided first- and second-year Master of Science in Forensic Science (MSFS) students the opportunity to connect with one another, faculty, and program alumni. Students also heard alumni share insights from their experiences in the program and the career paths they have pursued since graduating.
At the event, students enjoyed mingling with their peers over dinner and refreshments. They also had the opportunity to speak with faculty and alumni, building relationships with professionals in the forensic science field. After dinner, distinguished alumni of the program were invited to speak and share their professional guidance with the young scientists. Thank you to Amy Stringer '21M, Kira Bochard '23M, Shayna Kasher '24M, Haley Bibey '24M, Allison Blocker '25M, Mara Dominguez '26M, and Jean Poulson '26M for sharing your time and knowledge.
This event would not have been possible without MSFS Program Director Dr. Fabio Oldoni, Senior Administrative Assistant Heather Sherman, and first-year Graduate Assistants Jaelyn DaSilva and Isabell Anderson. Thanks to you all for planning a spectacular event!
