Afternoon Adventures: Lessons of the Holocaust
Indianola Parks and Recreation offers another event in its free speaker series, Afternoon Adventures. for an impactful presentation on the rise of the Nazis and the Holocaust, featuring survivor stories, a moving reunion video, and reflections on lessons for today. Educator Brad Wilkening, a member of the Iowa Commission on Holocaust Education, has shared this program with schools and libraries statewide.
There is no admission fee for this program at the Indianola Activity Center thanks to our sponsors, Community 1st Credit Unionand Oak St Health.
