American Chemistry Council Announces New Board Officers

WASHINGTON, DC (Nov. 5, 2025) - The American Chemistry Council (ACC) Board of Directors confirmed Peter Vanacker, CEO of LyondellBasell, as the new Chair of ACC's Board of Directors; and welcomed Denise Dignam, President & CEO of The Chemours Company, as ACC's Vice Chair of the Board and newest Officer. They will serve together with Chevron Phillips Chemical LP President and CEO, Steve Prusak, Chair of ACC's Executive Committee; and Erin Kane, President and CEO of AdvanSix, as Immediate Past Chair of the ACC Board of Directors. Their new terms start January 1, 2026.

"Peter and Denise are two of our industry's most dedicated champions, and I'm thrilled that they've agreed to help ACC meet the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
