Endowed faculty installation ceremony Sept. 3
Boise State University will be recognizing new endowed chairs and professorships at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 3 in the Student Union Building Special Events Center, with a reception to follow. All are invited to attend the installation ceremony.
The faculty being honored are:
- Justin Ames, Robert V. Hansberger Endowed Chair in Business Ethics
- Alex Nechiporuk, Dr. Theodore G. Obenchain Endowed Chair in Developmental Biology
- Kevin Feris, Patrick Cavanaugh Endowed Professorship for the School of the Environment
- Casey Kennington, Boise State Foundation Board Endowed Professor of Computer Science
- Amanda Leightner, Merrick Family Endowed Professorship in Respiratory Care
- Liam Maher, College of Business and Economics Distinguished Research Professor
- Dorsey Wanless, Dr. Kenneth M. Hollenbaugh Endowed Professorship in Economic Geology
