At Palm Beach County, employee mental health and well-being are a priority and appreciation is extended to everyone who helps create a supportive and respectful workplace.
The Risk Management Department is proud to share that Mental Health America (MHA) has recognized Palm Beach County as a 2026 Platinum recipient of the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health. This marks the third time Palm Beach County has received this recognition.
The Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health is the nation's leading recognition for employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces. Receiving Platinum recognition reflects Palm Beach County's ongoing commitment to supporting employee mental health, overall well-being and positive employee experience.
"The Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health at the platinum level is an important recognition for our organization. It reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace experience. We value the insights the Bell Seal Program provides and the opportunity to continue strengthening our programs and workplace culture," said Scott Marting, Director of Risk Management.
Appreciation is extended to the collaborative efforts of the Risk Management, Employee Well-Being Program, and Human Resources Department teams for their leadership and thoughtful review of policies, practices, benefits, resources and programs that support employee well-being. Appreciation is also extended to every employee who has shared feedback, ideas and suggestions to help improve mental well-being in the workplace.
This recognition reflects the culture that continues to grow throughout Palm Beach County and highlights the trust, participation and engagement of employees across the organization.
