Gilles Costerousse joins Lazard as Senior Advisor within the Central and Eastern Europe Team

PARIS, October 3, 2025- Lazard, Inc. (NYSE: LAZ) today announced the appointment of Gilles Costerousse as Senior Advisor within the Central and Eastern Europe team, led by Bozidar Djelic and based in Paris.

Before joining Lazard, Gilles Costerousse was Managing Director in charge of the Public Sector Group for the EMEA region at Citibank. He also spent thirteen years at Rothschild & Co. within the FIG and Public Sector group, where he held global responsibility for capital markets advisory in addition to his strategic and financial advisory activities in these sectors across EMEA. He has also served as a consultant to the Asian Development Bank on projects in Kazakhstan, the Caucasus, and Uzbekistan. Earlier in his career, he held various positions at Nomura, Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan, and BNP Paribas.

Mr. Costerousse holds a Master's degree in Finance from Université Paris-Dauphine and is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.
