Congress failed to pass a Continuing Resolution by the September 30, 2025 deadline. Despite the federal government shutdown, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama will continue operations and remain open during regular business hours. All scheduled dockets will be heard until further notice.
