Third Appellate District Announces Destruction of Old Court Records
SACRAMENTO - The Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, announces its intention to destroy the following records in accordance with the California Rules of Court, rule 10.1028(c):
Civil cases with case numbers C054608 through C073746.
If anyone knows of a reason why a particular case, among the above numbered cases, should be retained, notify Todd C. Eyster, Assistant Clerk/Executive Officer, in writing setting forth in detail the reason(s) for retention. All requests must be received by May 6 and may be sent to [email protected], or mailed to:
