OHFA Board Approves Financing for Four Housing Developments

COLUMBUS, OH - Today, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Board approved financing from various programs to support four housing developments to create or preserve affordable housing units throughout the state.

The developments that received Board approvals for funding are:

Green Oaks on Crossleigh Court: EREG Senior Living LLC received approval authorizing the issuance of up to $35 million in Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds. The development, which also received a 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) reservation, will create 120 affordable assisted living units for older Ohioans in Sylvania Township (Lucas County).

Green Oaks of Lima: EREG Senior Living LLC received approval authorizing the issuance of up to $35 million in Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds. The development, which also received a 4% LIHTC reservation, will create 120 affordable assisted living units for older Ohioans in Lima (Allen County).

Seton Square South and West: Co-developers Seton Development, Inc. and Borror Development Co. LLC received approval authorizing the issuance of up to $10 million in Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds and approval of a $2 million Housing Development Loan. The development, which also received a 4% LIHTC reservation, will create 108 units for older Ohioans in Columbus (Franklin County).

Vivera Northridge: Marian Development Group LLC received approval authorizing the issuance of up to $37 million in Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds. The development, which also received a 4% LIHTC reservation, will create 122 units in Harrison Township (Montgomery County).
