JBT Honored at PACB Awards Ceremony

Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. (JBT) was recognized at the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers (PACB) Inspire Awards Ceremony with PACB's 2026 Excellence in Lending/Economic Development Award. The honor was in recognition of JBT's role in helping Lebanon Rescue Mission secure the funds needed to begin construction on Agape Safe Haven Home which will help address the demand for safe shelter for a growing number of seniors in Lebanon County who are experiencing homelessness. In addition to seniors, Agape Safe Haven Home will also provide housing to the growing number of women with children, and veterans facing homelessness. Beyond the construction loan, JBT has also made a sizable financial donation to help Lebanon Rescue Mission in the vital work they are doing to provide safe shelter for those in need in Lebanon County. "Many times as bankers we help people realize dreams," said Ed Martel, JBT's Chief Executive Officer, "but sometimes we create hope for just one more day. That's what this partnership with Lebanon Rescue Mission did and that's something we're really proud of at JBT."
