City of Binghampton - SUNY Binghamton New Student Residence Hall Project

Negative Declaration

Broome County - The Dormitory Authority of New York State, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed SUNY Binghamton New Student Residence Hall Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an approximately seven-story, 113,000 gross-square-foot ("gsf") residence hall to house approximately 364 students. The Proposed Project would involve the disturbance of approximately 2.75 acres of land located between Oneida Hall and Marcy Hall and would be adjacent to both the College-in-the-Woods residence halls and the Mountainview College residential complex. The project is located at 4400 Vestal Parkway East in the City of Binghamton, New York.
