ORLANDO, Fla., March 30, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Shoppes at Turkey Lake, a three-tenant retail center in Orlando's Dr. Phillips area. The property sold for $9.9 million.

Doug Mandel, Tarek Chbeir, Zach Levine and Cody Hershey of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer, Darna Developments LLC.

The property is located at 7720 Turkey Lake Road and is fully leased to Rokka's Market, AYR Cannabis Dispensary and Club Champion. Built in 2014, the 19,213-square-foot center sits on 1.8 acres and operates under triple-net leases.

The site is near the intersection of Turkey Lake and Sand Lake roads, with access to Interstate 4 and close to Universal Orlando and SeaWorld.
