Due to traffic considerations for the Midwest Horse Fair at the Alliant Energy Center, the Streets Division's drop-off site at 1504 Quann-Olin Parkway will temporarily switch its entrance.
Where is the Temporary Quann-Olin Drop-off Site Entrance for Friday, April 17, and Saturday, April 18, 2026?
If you are choosing to use the Quann-Olin drop-off site on April 17 or April 18, you will enter the site from the brush processing center at 121 E. Olin Avenue.
There will be a lightboard helping you know where to turn for the drop-off site.
You will then follow the marked path guiding you back to the drop-off site area so you can safely use the site and then exit the facility.
Expect Traffic Delays While Traveling to the Quann-Olin Drop-off Site on April 17 and April 18, 2026
Due to the popularity of the Midwest Horse Fair, you should anticipate encountering traffic delays beyond the disruptions caused by the ongoing John Nolen Drive reconstruction.

All three sites accept the same items.
