MADISON, Wis., Sept. 10, 2025 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Whitney Point Apartments, a mixed-use property with 48 multifamily units and three retail suites, located in Madison, Wisconsin.
"Whitney Point Apartments stood out as a high-quality, well-located asset with significant long-term potential," said Matthew Whiteside, senior managing director investments. Whiteside, Paul Rider and Don Schmidt, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Whitney Point Properties, LLC, and procured the buyer, Whitney Point, LLC.
Whitney Point Apartments, located at 5414 Mineral Point Road on Madison's growing west side, sits on 1.77 acres and includes a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, along with three ground-floor retail suites. Completed in 2020 as Phase I of a larger redevelopment plan, the site allows for a proposed Phase II that would add approximately 100 residential units and 8,250 square feet of retail space.
