Albania is holding today in Brussels the Ninth Intergovernmental Conference with the European Union, as part of the country's EU accession negotiations.
The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, together with the official Albanian delegation, is travelling to Brussels today to take part in this important meeting in the European integration process.
According to the agenda, the Albania-European Union Intergovernmental Conference will begin at 19:00, followed by a joint press conference at 20:00.
During the conference, the provisional closure of negotiations on three chapters is expected to be formally confirmed: Chapter 25 - Science and Research, Chapter 26 - Education and Culture, and Chapter 31 - Foreign Policy.
This development marks another significant step forward in Albania's European integration process and reflects the country's steady progress in meeting the criteria and standards for membership of the European Union.
