Wentworth Names Shaun Finn Vice President of Campus Operations

Wentworth Institute of Technology has officially named Shaun Finn as the Vice President of Campus Operations following a comprehensive search process. Finn, who has served in the role on an interim basis for several months, will now continue his leadership of the division in a permanent capacity.

The announcement was made by Matt Gruber, Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration.

"Shaun has impressed us with his strategic, thoughtful, and institutionally minded approach, and we are grateful that he will be joining our community in this role on a permanent basis," Gruber said.

Finn originally joined the Wentworth community in July, bringing with him extensive experience from leadership roles at Ginkgo Bioworks and Boston University, as well as a background in facilities and real estate consulting.

Since arriving on campus, Finn has partnered with the Campus Operations team to align workflows and processes with institutional priorities.

In his permanent role, Finn's focus will remain on enhancing service delivery and establishing a transparent, strategic process for space management. He is also tasked with building a robust capital plan that addresses campus needs through prioritization and strategic trade-offs.
