CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2026-00018028 de 19 de agosto de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR de oficio la inscripción en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores, de la Emisión de Obligaciones de Corto Plazo por un monto de hasta UN MILLON TRECIENTOS MIL DÓLARES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA (USD 1.300.000,00), que fue aprobado mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2024-00011156 de 1 de julio de 2024.
