Sheila Alimadadian, managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap's Irvine office, was recognized by Connect CRE as a 2026 Women in Real Estate Awards winner for California.
The award recognizes women in commercial real estate for their professional achievements, leadership and contributions to the industry. Alimadadian was selected for her accomplishments in retail investment sales, her ability to navigate complex transactions and her commitment to mentoring emerging professionals.
With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Alimadadian has been directly involved in more than $315 million in transactions, including more than $72 million over the past year. Her recent transactions include the $24.5 million acquisition of Western Plaza, a neighborhood shopping center in Rancho Palos Verdes, and the $24 million sale of a former JoAnn Fabrics property in Glendale to the city for redevelopment into a public park and recreation center.
Alimadadian specializes in retail and net-leased investment properties, advising private investors, developers, corporations and franchise operators on acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio strategies nationwide. Beyond her brokerage activity, she mentors junior agents and supports charitable initiatives through the American Cancer Society.
