UC's College-Conservatory of Music will welcome a variety of new faculty and staff members to its roster of distinguished performing and media arts experts, researchers and educators this fall.
The following new appointments have been announced as of Aug. 8, 2025. We will announce additional appointments throughout the summer.
The newest full-time members of CCM's faculty will begin their appointments in Fall 2025. Those faculty members are:
After serving as president of the University of Cincinnati Foundation and vice president of university advancement from 2017 until his retirement in 2024, Peter Landgren returns to the faculty of CCM this fall. A proud alumnus of the college, Landgren served as dean and Thomas James Kelly Professor of Music at CCM from 2011-16. He also served as UC's interim senior vice president for academic affairs and provost from 2016-17. In his new role at CCM, Landgren will serve as a faculty member in CCM's Chamber Music, French Horn and Arts Administration programs.

They have published widely-used textbooks and produced multimedia for US presidents. They have been featured on major broadcasts like Good Morning America, the Today Show and the Tonight Show, to mention just a few of their accomplishments.

UC College-Conservatory of Music Dean Pete Jutras recently announced the appointment of Maggie Perrino as the college's new Assistant Dean of CCM Prep and Community Engagement. In this role, Perrino will lead a team of faculty and administrative staff at CCM Prep, which offers a wide variety of programs in music, dance and the theatre arts throughout the year for people of all ages and abilities. She will also oversee CCM's Summer Programs for youth, teens and adults. Perrino's appointment begins on June 30, 2025.
