Greensboro Historic Preservation Commission Seeking Nominations for Historic District Project Recognition Program

For the second year, the Greensboro Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) will recognize excellence in repair, restoration, and rehabilitation projects within Greensboro's three locally-designated historic districts: College Hill, Dunleath, and Fisher Park.

Projects completed during 2025 may be submitted using this form. Anyone may nominate a project, including self-nominations. Eligible projects must have been issued a Certificate of Appropriateness. Submissions must include a short narrative describing the project, along with before-and-after photographs. Outstanding examples will be recognized for project quality, impact, and success in following the design standards.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, April 24. In honor of Historic Preservation Month, honorees will be recognized at the HPC's May 27 meeting.
