Jan. 24: Family Sushi
Come into the kitchen with your young apprentice and create assorted sushi preparations and condiments. This will be a fun, hands-on class with your favorite young chef!

Feb. 14: Dishes for Two
Spend a few hours together on a very special day learning recipes specifically for two diners. Prepare a Caesar salad mixed tableside, a lovely roast, and other recipes best enjoyed with your favorite person. Bring your Valentine or your Galentine. Either way, this is going to be a fun and delicious day!

March 21: The Art of Salsa (18+)
Explore the vibrant flavors, colors, and textures of salsa! This versatile condiment comes in many regional and seasonal varieties that we will make and sample with freshly fried tortilla chips.

April 25: Fresh Pasta Lab (youth 12-17)
There are few things as satisfying as handmade, fresh pasta. We will mix dough from scratch, hand-roll sheets of pasta to cut, extrude round noodles, and prepare fresh pesto. Once you learn the basics, there's no end to the variations you can create!
