Effective immediately, the Court is implementing temporary noticing procedures due to the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) service interruption. Required service procedures and details are described in General Order 26-05.
This order supersedes any previous announcement and remains in effect until further order. Per paragraph 5 in GO-26-05, it is no longer necessary to file a motion to be excused or motion to extend time to comply with Local Rule 5005-1(D); rather, parties must file a certificate of service identifying the sources used to compile the service list. This procedure is retroactive to any filings beginning October 9, 2026.
During this service interruption, the most recent list of creditors (per GO-26-05(5)(a)), may be accessed via the following:
Please note that the list of creditors does not include all interested parties to a case, such as the debtor(s), trustees, or the U.S. Trustee. Additional mailing information is available through CM/ECF's Utilities menu, Mailings, Mailing Info for a Case.
When BNC service is restored, the Clerk will post notice on the court's website. Questions can be directed to the Clerk of Court, Kyle Crockett, at (402) 661-7468
