CHANTILLY, Va. (September 22, 2026) - Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) today highlighted the company's long-standing role in shaping transportation infrastructure across New York and New Jersey. For more than a century, Parsons has partnered with public agencies throughout the region to plan, design, and deliver some of the area's most complex bridge, tunnel, roadway, rail, transit, and aviation projects. The company's regional portfolio includes projects that support residents, commuters, and travelers throughout the Northeast. These investments strengthen the Northeast Corridor by improving the movement of people and goods, enhancing connectivity, and supporting long-term regional growth and competitiveness.

Over the past decade, Parsons has helped deliver nearly 500 infrastructure projects across New York and New Jersey, holding contracts valued at nearly $12 billion and serving on project teams responsible for more than $52 billion in constructed value across transportation, water, environmental, and related infrastructure markets

"New York and New Jersey are home to some of the nation's most important transportation assets, and Parsons is proud to have helped shape the infrastructure that improves quality of life," said Mark Fialkowski, president, Infrastructure North America for Parsons. "From iconic bridges and airports to transformative rail and tunnel projects, we partner with our clients to deliver resilient infrastructure solutions across the region."

Delivering Infrastructure That Advances Regional Growth

On the important Hudson Tunnel Project, Parsons serves as the managing partner of the MPA (Mace, Parsons Corporation, and Arcadis) Delivery Partners joint venture. This once-in-a-generation program will improve capacity, reliability, and resiliency along the busiest section of the Northeast Corridor, which supports 800,000 passenger trips daily. The project includes constructing two new rail tunnels beneath the Hudson River and enabling rehabilitation of the existing North River Tunnel, strengthening the vital transportation link between New York and New Jersey.

Parsons continues to modernize transportation throughout New York such as the lead designer role for the Hunts Point Interstate Access Improvement, which enhanced freight mobility, pedestrian safety, and access to one of the world's largest food distribution centers in the South Bronx.

Parsons is also supporting redevelopment at John F. Kennedy International Airport through major roadway, utility, and ground transportation improvements. In addition, the company helped deliver Grand Central Madison and is deploying its iNET® smart mobility platform statewide to support safer, smarter, and more resilient operations across all 11 New York State Department of Transportation districts.

Across New Jersey, Parsons is leading design for the Newark AirTrain Replacement Program and the Newark Bay Bridge replacement, while supporting the modernization of Newark Penn Station. The company also provided design and construction services for the $2.7 billion Newark Liberty International Airport Terminal A redevelopment, transforming one of the region's most important transportation gateways with expanded passenger space, modern systems, improved connections, and sustainability features.

Parsons' legacy extends across many of the region's most recognizable transportation assets. Recent achievements include the award-winning Brooklyn Bridge Rehabilitation Project, which earned the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York's Diamond Award, and the Goethals Bridge Replacement Project, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's first public-private partnership bridge project. Together, these projects demonstrate Parsons' ability to preserve historic assets, apply advanced engineering and digital technologies, and deliver infrastructure built for long-term performance.
