WARSAW - 28 October 2025 - Greenberg Traurig advised GoldenPeaks Capital in connection with a EUR 114 million senior financing package for the construction of two new solar photovoltaic (PV) portfolios in Poland.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Counsel Justyna Jamroży, who was supported by Junior Associate Aleksandra Grześkowiak.
Partner Piotr Nerwiński provided strategic advice and supervised all work on the transaction.
