Oakland legend and NFL Super Bowl champion Marshawn Lynch is officially returning this October with a brand-new, Mature-rated release, and better yet, fans can celebrate it with Beast Mode this September during the Oakland Roots SC H-Lot tailgate. The event will give fans a chance to meet Marshawn himself while enjoying a slew of other festivities.

Marshawn Lynch is officially teaming up with AWA and Oakland Roots SC to take over the Oakland Coliseum for BEAST MODE 510 DAY on September 26, 2026. This will serve as a one-of-a-kind match-day celebration, bringing his upcoming graphic novel, BEAST MODE 510, to life in the city that inspired it.

Written by NAACP Image Award-nominated author Sheldon Allen and brought to life by Eisner Hall of Fame artist Denys Cowan, with inks by Dexter Vines and colors by Chris Sotomayor, the Mature-rated, 128-page BEAST MODE 510 delivers "cinematic action, biting humor, and unapologetic cultural energy."

Set in Oakland and inspired by Marshawn's career-defining Beast Mode mentality, BEAST MODE 510 serves as "a love letter to 'Da' Town," while also presenting Beast Mode like fans have never seen him before. Ahead of the October 6 release of BEAST MODE 510, Marshawn Lynch is teaming up with AWA and Oakland Roots SC to take over the Roots' popular H-Lot tailgate. The tailgate celebrations will include local Oakland vendors, larger-than-life photo ops, an interactive Level Up Skills Challenge, the chance to meet Marshawn himself, and a few Beast Mode-sized surprises. However, the action won't end there.

The excitement will continue during the Roots' match against Phoenix Rising, when a few lucky fans will even get to join Marshawn on the field for a special halftime moment.
