Congratulatory telegram to President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam To Lam

On April 11, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Honorable To Lam, which reads:
