UP NEET MDS 2026 Round 3 Merit List Releasing Today: The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGMET), Uttar Pradesh, is set to publish the UP NEET MDS 2026 Round 3 Merit List today, October 8, 2026 . Candidates who successfully completed their registration and submitted the required security deposit can check their rank status directly on the official portal, upneet.gov.in . According to the official schedule released by DGMET, the online choice-filling portal opens today at 5:00 PM and will remain active until October 12, 2026 (11:00 AM). Consequently, candidates can expect UP NEET MDS Round 3 Merit List 2026 to be published between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM today , allowing students to review their rank position right before choice filling begins.

Mandatory Choice Locking: Candidates must lock their saved choices after completing choice filling. Unlocked choices will not be evaluated for seat allotment, and candidates will be solely responsible for the exclusion.
Clear-Cut & SAC Vacancies: The choice-filling portal will display clear vacant/resigned seats along with Seat Against Cancellation (SAC) choices, virtual vacancies created if an already admitted student gets upgraded.
Security Fee Forfeiture: If a seat is allotted in Round 3 and the candidate fails to complete admission, their entire security deposit will be forfeited. For private dental colleges, 50% of the tuition fee paid will also be forfeited.
Medical Board Examination: Allotted candidates must undergo a mandatory medical examination at their assigned dental college or nodal center before finalizing admission.
