ARMY

AeroVironment Inc., Simi Valley, California, was awarded a $500,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of commercial counter-unmanned aerial systems and counter small-unmanned aerial systems capabilities. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 29, 2029. Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control, Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a $347,500,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for development, fabrication and testing of improvements to prototype air and missile defense systems. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2028. Lockheed Martin, Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a $35,820,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for the Advanced Capability-3 Software Task, Year Nine. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2027. Amentum Services Inc., Chantilly, Virginia, was awarded a $19,172,890 time and materials contract for worldwide aviation maintenance. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $377,769,702. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Chantilly, Virginia, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 30, 2026. Fiscal 2010 aircraft procurement, Army funds in the amount of $19,172,890 were obligated at the time of the award. Fordice Construction Co.,* Vicksburg, Mississippi, was awarded a $13,480,000 firm-fixed-price contract for casting articulated concrete mattress. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $24,956,350. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in St. Francisville, Louisiana, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 5, 2026. Fiscal 2026 Mississippi River and Tributaries civil funds in the amount of $13,480,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Derecktor Florida Inc.,* Dania Beach, Florida, was awarded a $9,100,000 firm-fixed-price contract for an aluminum catamaran hydrographic survey vessel. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Mamaroneck, New York, with an estimated completion date of June 15, 2028. Fiscal 2026 revolving funds in the amount of $9,100,000 were obligated at the time of the award. NAVY

Stratascor LLC, doing business as StratasCorp Technologies, Chesapeake, Virginia, is awarded $99,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price, bridge contract (N3220526D1012) for continued command, control, communications, and computers (C4) afloat operations and sustainment support. The contractor will provide technical support services for the various C4 capabilities aboard Military Sealift Command's (MSC) fleet of ships, the operation and sustainment of the MSC Network Operations Centers. Work under this contract will be performed at various world-wide locations beginning June 30, 2026, and will conclude by Dec. 30, 2027. This contract was a Sole Source Bridge, with proposals solicited directly from the incumbent contractor. MSC, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Owego, New York, is awarded a $33,464,645 cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001926F1104) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001923G0002). This order provides non-recurring engineering for the AN/ARQ-59 Common Data Link to mitigate component obsolescence and integrate the Common Crypto Modernization Compact Multi-Band Data Link 2, replacing the legacy Mini-T modem in support of future production of the AN/ARQ-59 system in support of the MH-60R Seahawk for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Additionally, this order provides for modifications to the multiplexer and radio frequency amplifier, development of a new Electronic Frequency Converter, and associated systems engineering, integration, interface management, and technical support to ensure continued interoperability, cybersecurity, and long-term sustainment of the AN/ARQ-59 communications system. Work will be performed in Owego, New York, and is expected to be completed in July 2029. FMS customer funds in the amount of $24,000,000 will be obligated at the time of award. This contract action was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Alabama Shipyard, Mobile, Alabama, is awarded a $31,379,212 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220526C1240) for the 91-calendar day shipyard availability for the regular overhaul and dry docking of Military Sealift Command's fleet ordinance and dry cargo vessel USNS William Mclean (T-AKE 12). This contract includes a base work package and three unexercised options for additional work and time, which if exercised, would increase the cumulative value of this contract to $31,596,512. Work will be performed in Mobile, Alabama, beginning Sept. 7, 2026, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 6, 2026. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $31,379,212 are obligated and will expire at the end of the fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with proposals solicited via the Governmentwide Point of Entry website and three offers were received. Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

OSI Federal Technologies Inc.,* Chantilly, Virginia, is awarded a firm-fixed-price $14,064,650 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of commercial laptops and associated peripherals, including up to 2,180 Getac S510 laptops, 1,100 solid-state drives, 150 docking stations, and 900 carrying cases. This procurement supports the Joint Mission Planning System for the Navy and Marine Corps by providing refreshed laptop hardware every two years to ensure compatibility with current aircraft mission planning software and to maintain reliable operational capability across the fleet. Work will be performed in Chantilly, Virginia, and is expected to be completed in July 2028. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was not competed pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.103-1. Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, California, is the contracting activity (N6893626D5014).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

US Foods Inc., Watertown, New York, has been awarded a maximum $43,585,769 modification (P00012) to a two-year base contract (SPE300-21-D-3319) with two 18-month option periods for an additional 364 days extending the period of performance. This is a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The ordering period end date is July 3, 2027. Using military services are Air Force, Army, and Navy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2027 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Cleveland-Cliffs Steel Corp., West Chester, Ohio, has been awarded a maximum $400,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for grain oriented electrical steel. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(3)(A), as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.103-3 (b)(1). This is a five-year contract with no option periods. The performance completion date is Sept. 8, 2030. Using military services are Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Space Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2025 through 2029 transaction funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Contracting Services Office, Ohio (SP8000-25-D-0008). U.S. TRANSPORTATION COMMAND

Booze Allen Hamilton Inc., McLean, Virginia (HTC71126CE129), has been awarded a firm-fixed-price contract with a face value of $13,670,047. The contract is for services to implement an integrated, Zero Trust-aligned cybersecurity ecosystem across U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), to achieve Department of War Zero Trust Target Level compliance for security orchestration, automation, and response, software defined perimeter, and application programming interface management. The total cumulative value of the contract is $13,670,047. One solicitation was posted to SAM.gov and 70 offers were received. The primary work performance location is the contractor's facility. Fiscal 2026 Operation and Maintenance (Transportation) funds will be obligated. The contracting activity is USTRANSCOM, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.

AIR FORCE

Marvin Engineering Co., Inglewood, California, has been awarded a $10,247,140 firm-fixed-price modification (P00001) to a previously awarded contract (FA8520-26-D-B001) to establish contract quantities for added power supplies. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $148,464,545 from $138,217,405. Work will be performed in Inglewood, California, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2036. No funds are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity.
