15 April 2026, Xiamen, China- The CGMA100 North Asia Management Accounting Leaders' Summit, co-hosted by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and Xiamen National Accounting Institute (XNAI), with support from the Center for Accounting Studies of Xiamen University and the CGMA100 North Asia Management Accounting Leaders' Think Tank concluded 12 April in Xiamen.
The summit covered key finance topics including cost management transformation amid industrial upgrading, the role of emerging technologies in empowering management decision-making, and financial innovation to drive business growth and enhance productivity.
The Summit marked the 10th anniversary of the CGMA100 Think Tank, celebrating a decade of advancing the management accounting profession across North Asia. Launched in 2016, CGMA100 is a management accounting thought-leadership platform established by The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) serves as a platform for regulators, businesses, professionals and academics in the region (including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia among other countries and regions) to exchange views, share insights and promote best practice in the area of management accounting and finance.
Professor Ding Yougang, Deputy Party Secretary and President, XNAI said,

The full-day event also featured two roundtable panel discussions covered the topics The Future Finance Professional in the Human-Led, AI-Enabled Frontier Enterprise and Bridging Industry and Academia: Co-building a Digital Talent Ecosystem for the Future of Accounting.
